Welcome to my world, where art meets emotion, and the invisible takes form.
I create from a quiet place beneath words, where memories soften, instincts awaken, and emotions reveal themselves. Each piece begins as a whisper, an invitation to come closer and discover what it awakens within you. Some artworks are best experienced in person, where their scale, texture, and energy fully unfold.
Born in Paris, shaped between France and Venezuela, and based in San Francisco since 2005, I've learned across cultures to recognize a language beyond words. One that lives in gestures, silence, memories, and the invisible connections we carry within us.
At the heart of my artistic journey is the horse. More than an animal, it embodies an untamed spirit of freedom, strength, and sensitivity. Something profoundly ancestral, as though centuries of instinct, movement, and carrying our victories were written into its DNA.
In my Freedom Unleashed series, I explore this powerful presence, suspended between stillness and motion, control and surrender.
Each painting begins in silence. I mark the blank canvas with subtle ‘scars of life’, as I call them, leaving traces of tension and memory. Then I wait, sometimes for weeks, until my horse reveals itself… and I start sketching it, letting the painting unfold.
But when the horse breaks free from the canvas, where does its energy go?
In my Imperfect Symmetry series, I explore this invisible world through Rorschach-inspired ink blots created directly with my hands. No brushes, no intermediaries. Only instinct, movement, and emotion. The mirrored forms are intentionally imperfect, reflecting life's delicate balance between order and chaos, symmetry and freedom.
In Majestic Morphosis, these forms transcend the canvas and become sculptural. Through clay, I give the intangible dimension.
I imagine fragments of the horse's energy left behind as it breaks free. Echoes of movement, ancestral memory, and transformation.
I see my horses in every sculpture. Yet someone else might discover wings, faces, spirits, or something entirely unexpected.
Perhaps what we see reveals as much about ourselves as it does about the artwork.
My paintings and sculptures share the same invisible thread, inviting you into a world where imagination takes over and something deeply personal may reveal itself.
Each piece is a sanctuary. A moment suspended. An invitation to reconnect with something within yourself that may have been forgotten.

On Letting Go — Reflections from My Live Painting in San Francisco, November 2025
This past November in San Francisco, something rare and magic happened, something beyond a first time live performance, beyond technique, beyond the canvas itself. Those who came didn’t just watch, they entered a shared psychological space where creation, vulnerability, and personal release were unfolding in real time.
In the photograph, my hands reach toward a black canvas, silently breathing, waiting. But what the image doesn’t show is everything I had to let go of in order to touch it. Live painting asks for a kind of surrender that is both terrifying and liberating. Every gesture exposes the inner world of the artist: the tension between control and chaos, the willingness to risk imperfection, the courage to be witnessed in the act of becoming.
That night, the room filled with an energy I could feel in my bones. People gathered not just out of curiosity, but out of a quiet hunger to witness honesty, not perfection. They felt the pulse of the moment, the way creation can double as confession. Many told me afterward that they felt something move through them as I worked, as though the painting was a mirror not just of my emotions, but of their own unspoken ones.
This is the psychology of letting go:
to stand in front of a blank void, to lift your hands, and to trust that the act itself will carry you where you need to go. It is a ritual of release, a small rebellion against fear, and an invitation to step into a deeper part of oneself.
And in that surrender, something collective happened.
Creation became communion.

Freedom Unleashed
